This post means a lot to me.
I lost my amazing Dad at the beginning of this year - my hero, my world, my safety net. He died unexpectedly of a heart attack and i’ll be honest, my entire world crashed around me & I’m still struggling to get over it.
Luckily, I have a pretty sweet family. That little girl in the picture is my beautiful 4 year old cousin Caitlin. Caitlin has decided to swim a massive two lengths of the big pool at her local leisure centre, to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of her ‘Uncle Lee who always made her laugh and buy her nice presents’.
Please, if you can spare anything, donate it to my wonderful brave cousin for her strength and her efforts. And also, for my Dad. The man I look up to most in the world, the man who inspires me every day I wake up, the man who made me who I am today, who taught me everything I know, the man I love the most, and always will.
Any amount of money is welcome, and greatly appreciated. Caitlin is the coolest little girl ever and I’m so bloody proud of her!
